At Zokfit, we want every customer to shop with confidence. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and warranty claims. Please read carefully before making a request.

30-Day Wear Test

We provide a 30-day wear test period for all socks purchased from Zokfit.

  • If you are not satisfied with your socks within 30 days of delivery, you may request a refund.
  • No return shipment is required — you may keep the socks.
  • Refunds cover the product price only and exclude shipping fees.
  • Requests submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be eligible.

This program is designed to let you experience Zokfit socks in real life, risk-free.

180-Day Quality Guarantee

Every pair of Zokfit socks is backed by a 180-day quality guarantee.

  • If your socks develop holes, lose elasticity, seams unravel, or show material defects under normal use within 180 days, we will send you a replacement pair.
  • No returns are required. This reduces unnecessary shipping, lowers carbon emissions, and saves your time.
  • Only one replacement per order is covered.
  • Issues caused by misuse (bleach, heat drying, pet damage, or deliberate cutting) are not eligible.

General Return Policy (Non-Wear Test / Non-Warranty)

We have a 30-day standard return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return in situations not covered by the 30-Day Wear Test or the 180-Day Quality Guarantee.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Items must include original packaging.
  • For non-quality related returns, Zokfit will refund the product cost only (excluding order shipping fees).
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

Exchanges

Size or selection errors: We offer a one-time free exchange service.

Hygiene policy: For worn socks or insoles, exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if the products cause discomfort, blisters, or accidental damage, we will provide a free replacement within 180 days of delivery.

5. How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Warranty Claim

To start a request, please contact our customer support team at info@zokfit.com.

Provide:

  • Your order number (invoice or screenshot)
  • Reason for the request (and photos, if applicable)

Our support team will respond within 48 working hours with instructions.

  • If your request is accepted, we will provide the corresponding solution (refund, exchange, or replacement).
  • For standard returns (non-quality), if you choose to ship the item back, please include courier name and tracking number for timely processing.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the return (if required) is received and inspected.
  • Processing time: usually within 48 hours after approval.
  • PayPal refunds are credited immediately; credit card refunds may take 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds are always credited back to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • All policies apply only to purchases made directly from zokfit.com.
  • Zokfit reserves the right to refuse returns or claims that do not meet the above requirements.
